🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jewora. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges and replacements as per the policy below.

1) Return Window & Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be:
    • Unused, unworn and in the same condition as received
    • With original tags, labels, manuals, accessories and brand/retail packaging
    • Accompanied by the order invoice
  • We may decline returns that show signs of use, damage, odours, stains, missing parts or tampered packaging.

Non-returnable (hygiene/safety or custom): personal care & cosmetics, innerwear/lingerie, swimwear, socks, masks; perishables/consumables; opened sealed items; customised/personalised/engraved or made-to-order products; gift cards; digital/downloadable products; items marked "Final Sale/Non-returnable” on the product page.

2) What We Offer

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Exchange for size/colour (subject to stock availability)
  • Replacement for defective/damaged/wrong item received

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

3) How to Start a Return

  1. Go to My Account → Orders and select the item to return: https://www.jewora.com/account/login
  2. Or email support@jewora.com with order ID, item name, reason and photos (if damaged/defective).

We’ll confirm pickup/self-ship instructions within 24–48 hours.

4) Pickup & Self-Ship

  • Pickup: Available at most serviceable pincodes. Keep the package ready with tags and invoice.
  • Self-Ship: If pickup is unavailable, we’ll share the return address and AWB instructions by email.

5) Inspection & Approval

  • After we receive the item, Quality Check (QC) takes 24–72 hours.
  • If approved, your refund/exchange is initiated immediately.
  • If the return fails QC, the item will be shipped back to you.

6) Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid orders: 3–7 business days to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card) after QC approval
  • COD orders: Refund to bank/UPI or store credit/wallet within 3–5 business days of approval
  • You’ll receive email/SMS confirmation once the refund is processed.

Note: Original shipping fees, COD/convenience charges and gift wrap are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged/defective or incorrect.

7) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged/defective/incorrect, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos showing the issue and outer packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

8) Cancellations

  • You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
  • If already dispatched, please refuse delivery or raise a return within 7 days after delivery.

9) Fair Use & Abuse

To protect all customers, we may limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive returns, worn/used items, policy misuse or fraud.
