If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.
We’ll confirm pickup/self-ship instructions within 24–48 hours.
Note: Original shipping fees, COD/convenience charges and gift wrap are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged/defective or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged/defective/incorrect, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos showing the issue and outer packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
