Returns and Refunds
Return Window
- Returns can be requested within 2–5 days of delivery.
- The return window may vary from seller to seller.
Mandatory Conditions for Return
- Original product tag must be intact.
- If the tag is missing or removed, the product will be treated as used and no return will be accepted.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all return-related requests.
Missing / Defective / Wrong Item
- If an item is missing, defective, or incorrect, an unboxing video is compulsory.
- Requests without a clear unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is not available on any product.
Quality Check & Refund
- If all conditions are met, the product will be accepted for return.
- The returned item will undergo a Quality Check (QC) by the seller.
- Refund will be processed only after successful QC approval.
- Refunds are issued in the form of Jewora Credits.
Important: Approval or rejection of a return is subject to the seller’s quality inspection and compliance with the above conditions.
