Welcome to Jewora ("we”, "our”, "us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Jewora.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use Jewora.
By registering an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

3. Marketplace Services

Jewora acts as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of artificial/imitations jewellery.
We do not manufacture or directly sell products listed by third-party sellers.
Product descriptions, pricing and quality are the responsibility of the respective sellers.

4. Orders & Payments

Buyers must ensure billing, shipping and payment details are correct at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (UPI/Cards/Netbanking).
Jewora is not liable for gateway errors, delays or transaction failures.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is managed by third-party logistics providers.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided by sellers/shipping partners and may vary.
Jewora is not responsible for delays due to logistics, customs or unforeseen events.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are determined by the seller and product page notes.
Buyers must check product-specific policies before purchase.
Jewora may mediate disputes, but final responsibility lies with the seller.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

List counterfeit, illegal or otherwise prohibited items.
Use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful purposes.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and designs on Jewora are the property of Jewora or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jewora provides the Platform "as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for product defects, seller misconduct or third-party service failures.
Our liability, if any, will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
