Estimated Delivery Timeline: We partner exclusively with India’s leading automated courier networks to ensure safe transit. Once dispatched, your package will arrive within an estimated 5–10 business days, depending on your domestic region:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days post-dispatch.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days post-dispatch.

Refund Policy

At KD's Creation, we dedicate immense artistry and time to crafting every single piece of premium artificial jewelry. Because our items are meticulously handmade, we enforce a highly strict return and refund policy.

Please review our conditions thoroughly before initiating an acquisition:

Eligible Criteria: Returns, replacements, or refunds are strictly limited to instances of proven transit damage or the delivery of an incorrect item. We absolutely do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, personal style preferences, or casual dislike.

7-Day Window: All eligible claims must be officially logged via the marketplace panel within 7 days of successful delivery. Any request raised after this 7-day window will be systematically declined.

Pristine Condition Required: The jewelry must remain entirely unworn, unaltered, and unblemished. It must be returned inside its original luxury packaging with all tags, security seals, and protective cushioning intact. Items showing any signs of wear or handling will be rejected.

Final Approval & Processing: Once the returned item is safely received at our fulfillment center, it will undergo a rigorous quality assessment. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment mode within the marketplace's designated settlement timeline.
